Removing the steering wheel, p* and shifter

Hello,

I have a Renault Clio RXE which is very old and i would like to mod it a bit for gaming. I need to remove the steering wheel, p* and shifter so i can put in the Logitech G29 and it's p* and shifter. I will be using a symprojects pro-gauge for the gauges and maybe add an arduino for the lights. All i need to know is how i can remove the three components.

I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
