Streaming Audio via Bluetooth to car Stereo

Hi,

I am looking at a new head unit in my car, and the Alpine CDE143BT has piqued my interest. It is relatively cheap, and capable of streaming audio from an Android phone via Bluetooth (A2DP and AVRCP), as well as streaming/controlling Pandora. My current phone is an LG Venice.
I was just wondering what kind of drawbacks exist. Are there sound quality/lag/loss of communication issues?


Please help.
