This is the most effective defensive option

I'm still fairly new to RS and was wondering what kinds of quests are appropriate for those at on my level? I don't want to make this article too long or make it a list however I'm not sure if there's how to go about doing it.

I realize the list is quite long but didn't know any other way to post it. Anyways I have searched for other quests and found several good ones however I'm just trying to know if I missed any I'm missing. Aside from that, I have a question, with my stats, should I be able to complete Monkey Madness? I'm currently at the point when I've finished the puzzle, however I am not sure I want to continue as long as I am able to finish it. Thank you very much to everyone who helped me.

I need some good gear to use for secure Pking (CW dueling, ect) along with str xp (no whip). I'm considering 3 different gear types. they are as follows... This build can be great when it comes to str. I'm not sure that the fury is worth it , however. excellent for pest control. is one of my fav mini-games. my next build is a switch to the fury with an DFS.

This is the most effective defensive option. This is likely not as efficient to train with as build 1 due to the inaccuracy due to no d defender. This would be amazing for CW which I would love to try but. In addition, i'd need to raise 2 mil to fund this build, unless I remove the berserker ring.

This build is definitely ideal for dueling and for CW. Perhaps even pest (high attack is good to strike the portals). The problem is that i have heard that GWs are not good at training str. The problem is "how bad?" if its not that noticable I may choose this.
